I feel like a million bucks when I take my Relax FIR Sauna! It takes my stress away, it relieves blot and revs my metabolism, I feel detoxified...I LOVE my FIR sauna!!

Started out 7 min. twice a day and already noticed I am sleeping soundly.  I have never been a relaxed person nor had the patience to sit around doing meditation.  But even the short time in the sauna relaxes me to an extend, I don't even want to read--I just want to kick back.  And I don't want to get out.  I will look forward to increasing my time but this is what I have experienced the first week owning the sauna.  I expect to have a lot more benefits with use.
